Do not send full card details by email. Current UK marketplace payments are processed through the marketplace checkout.

When direct website card payments are enabled, card information will be entered into the secure payment flow provided by our payment service provider. PRASAD INC LTD does not intend to store full card numbers or card security codes on this website.

Direct website card payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Those providers process payment information under their own security and privacy terms and may provide us with payment status, transaction references and limited billing information needed to administer the order.

Marketplaces & fulfilment partners

Where an order is placed through an external marketplace or fulfilled using a supplier or carrier, information needed for checkout, payment, fulfilment, tracking, support, fraud prevention and returns may be processed by the relevant marketplace, supplier, carrier or service provider.

Retention & security

We keep business and customer information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including support, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal record-keeping requirements. Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect information we control.
