These terms apply to the OMNI Terrain United States catalogue and request-cart checkout. The website allows customers to identify products and submit details for availability, shipping and commercial review before a binding paid order is accepted.
Store operator
The United States storefront is operated by PRP Xpert LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, under the OMNI Terrain brand. Business and supplier correspondence may be sent to procurement@omni-terrain.com.
Catalogue information
Product pages are prepared from manufacturer and programme information. Images, specifications and compatibility notes should be checked before purchase. Manufacturer part number and product identity control over general wording where a conflict exists.
Request cart and checkout
Submitting the checkout form is a request for review, not immediate acceptance and not a charge. OMNI Terrain may request clarification and will confirm availability, price, shipping, tax, return conditions and payment method before accepting an order.
Order acceptance and payment
A binding order is created only when OMNI Terrain issues written acceptance or a secure invoice and payment is successfully received under those confirmed terms. Orders may be declined for stock, pricing, verification, address, compliance or fulfilment reasons.
Use and installation
Customers are responsible for confirming suitability and following manufacturer instructions. Professional installation may be appropriate for towing, electrical, marine, RV or safety-related products. Do not use a product outside its stated rating or application.
Errors and limitations
Obvious typographical, pricing or catalogue errors may be corrected before order acceptance. Nothing on an unavailable product page represents a stock promise, supplier approval claim or guaranteed delivery date.
