These terms apply to purchases made through the Omni Terrain United States storefront. Please review the product, price, shipping information and these terms before submitting payment.

Products & fitment
Product descriptions, images and fitment information are provided to help identify an item, but customers remain responsible for confirming the manufacturer part number, dimensions, voltage, vehicle, vessel or system compatibility before installation. Contact us before ordering if any fitment detail is unclear.
Price & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The checkout total presented before payment includes the selected products, discounts and the shipping option shown by Stripe; tax is added where configured and applicable. Payment is collected immediately through secure Stripe Checkout. Omni Terrain does not store full payment-card numbers.
Order acceptance
A successful payment creates a paid order and an electronic acknowledgement. Every order remains subject to routine payment, address, stock, legal and delivery checks before dispatch. If an item cannot be supplied, an address cannot be serviced, or a material pricing or product error is found, we will contact you and promptly refund the affected payment rather than substitute or add a charge without your agreement.
Shipping
Shipping availability and any charge are shown during checkout. Free standard shipping applies only where displayed and is intended for eligible contiguous U.S. addresses. Some Alaska, Hawaii, territory, P.O. box, remote-area and freight deliveries may require review. Returns & refunds
Return requests require authorization before an item is sent back. Eligibility depends on timing, condition, installation status and the reason for return. Wrong, damaged or defective items are handled differently from preference or fitment returns. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for the complete process.
Site use, errors & liability
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent payment information or interfere with checkout. We may correct typographical, technical, inventory or pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a prompt refund. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability for an accepted product claim is limited to the remedies available under the applicable order, manufacturer warranty and these policies.
