Privacy Policy
This notice explains how PRP Xpert LLC, operating the Omni Terrain United States storefront, collects, uses and shares information when you browse, sign in, request support or place an order.
Information you provide
We may receive your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address, product selections, fitment or order notes, support messages and business correspondence. Stripe receives payment details during checkout. Omni Terrain does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Account information
If you choose Google sign-in, Firebase Authentication receives your Google account profile name, email address, profile image and a unique account identifier so the Omni Terrain account and sign-in session can be maintained. Google sign-in is optional and is not required for browsing the catalogue.
Device & attribution data
The site may process IP address, browser or device information, pages and products viewed, cart actions, referring URL, UTM campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid. Browser local storage is used for the cart, theme preference, account session, purchase-event deduplication and first/last traffic attribution.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the site, maintain accounts and carts, validate products and checkout, process and fulfill orders, communicate about delivery or returns, answer enquiries, prevent fraud or misuse, measure store and campaign performance, maintain records and meet legal, tax and security obligations.
Service providers
Information may be shared as reasonably necessary with Stripe for payments, Google/Firebase for optional account sign-in, website hosting and measurement providers, email and support services, suppliers, warehouses, carriers, fraud-prevention providers and professional advisers, or when required by law. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
Sale, advertising & choices
We do not sell personal information for money. Campaign identifiers and store events may be used to understand whether an advertisement led to a visit or purchase when a measurement service is enabled. You can clear local storage or use browser privacy controls; doing so may sign you out, clear the cart or reduce measurement. Where applicable law provides additional access, correction, deletion or opt-out rights, you may request them using the contact below.
Retention & security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for accounts, orders, support, accounting, dispute prevention, security or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, email or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
